Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing us, we make every effort to ensure that you have a comfortable and memorable Umrah and Ziyarat Tour experience. To avoid any misunderstanding, we request you to carefully read, understand and comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

By booking any tour or service with Real Tours India, we acknowledge and provide your unconditional consent to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with the booking.

• This package does not include luxury amenities.
• Fully vaccinated pilgrims must present their vaccination certificate.
• Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
• The budget Umrah package provides accommodation on a 5–6 pilgrims per room sharing basis.
• Return transportation will be from Madinah. If your flight is from Jeddah, an additional ₹2,000 per person will be charged.
• Room service is not included and may vary depending on the hotel.
• Room service facilities are not standard across all hotels and may vary. Room cleaning is generally carried out every 2–3 days. If your room has not been cleaned within this period, please inform the hotel reception. If the issue remains unresolved, kindly contact our team.
• Ziyarat and meal timings are fixed and must be strictly followed.
• Meal timings must be strictly adhered to:
  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
  • Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
  • Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Drinking water is available only in the mess.
• Standard hotel check-in time in Makkah and Madinah is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early arrival at the hotel may result in a delay in room allocation. Rooms are cleaned after the previous guests check out. Please note that Saudi Government regulations require check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM.
• The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included. Pilgrims may obtain the permit through the NUSUK app launched by the Saudi Government.
• The issuance of Umrah visas is solely at the discretion of the KSA Embassy. We are not responsible for visa rejection, delays or errors. Visa fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any delay or postponement of flights.
• In the event that the KSA Embassy delays or rejects the visa, we cannot assume responsibility for the consequences. We will not be liable for any impact on flight issuance. Visa fees will remain non-refundable. Any cancellation charges associated with issued flight tickets will be the responsibility of the passenger. If you wish to change or postpone your travel dates, applicable airline charges must be paid by you.
• If the designated hotel in Makkah or Madinah becomes unavailable due to service-related issues or any other circumstances, accommodation of equal quality and at an equivalent distance will be provided.
• In case of any fluctuation in the SAR exchange rate, the difference must be paid before departure.
• The distance between the hotel and Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi may differ across various platforms. Our distance is measured from the respective mosque boundaries to the hotel.
• Tour programs and dates are tentative and may be changed without prior notice.
• The tour operator/guide will not be responsible for lost luggage.
• Hotels in Makkah and Madinah do not provide toiletries such as towels and buckets.
• We are not responsible for the loss or theft of passports or luggage at airports.
• Pilgrims requiring a wheelchair should arrange and bring their own wheelchair.
• The Umrah Kit, containing one backpack and one shoulder bag, will be collected from our office.
• Laundry service is available twice in Makkah and once in Madinah, with a limit of 4 pieces per person in Madinah.
• If your package includes shared transportation, delays may occur at Jeddah Airport while waiting for the bus or other passengers. Delays may also affect transportation or Ziyarat schedules. This is particularly possible during busy periods such as Muharram, Ramadan, Eid and Milad-un-Nabi, or due to heavy crowds. Unexpected emergencies announced by the Saudi Government may also affect schedules.
• We coordinate local Ziyarat tours in Makkah and Madinah, supervised by a tour guide. All tours operate according to the instructions and regulations of the Saudi Government. In certain circumstances, Saudi authorities may remove specific Ziyarat locations from the itinerary, resulting in changes to the planned schedule. Our ability to facilitate visits to all Ziyarat locations is subject to government regulations. Extended stays at particular locations may not be possible. Overcrowding, emergencies or government directives may affect Ziyarat schedules, particularly during peak periods such as Ramadan or Eid.
• Your package includes private transportation where specified or transportation arranged by us. If you request a vehicle with additional seating beyond our standard arrangement, or wish to upgrade the vehicle due to excess luggage or other specific requirements, additional charges will apply. This is particularly relevant for transfers from Madinah to Madinah Airport/Jeddah Airport, where luggage may exceed the anticipated quantity.
